Four dimensions exist where they can be found factors of risk for the development of the Syndrome of Burnout, between them the organization, the individual, the work and the society. The dimension of the organization of the work concentrates such factors of risk: the bureaucracy (excess of norms); the autonomy lack (dependence of superior decisions); frequent organizacionais changes (alterations of norms and rules); it lacks of good relationship enters the members of the team (confidence, respect and consideration); inefficient communication in the group; impossibility of ancestry in the career, improves of the remuneration and recognition of its work, among others; the physical environment and its risks, as heat, cold, insufficient illumination, high risk of toxic contamination or until risk of life and other factors as accumulation of tasks for the individual and conviviality with people affected for the syndrome. Some peculiarities of the individual also are predisponent factors, as type of personality with resistant characteristics estresse to it, lcus of internal control (they believe that the successes that it got in the life are consequncia of its abilities and efforts), superenvolvement, pessimism, passivity, controlling character, perfeccionismo, great expectation and idealismo in relation to the profession, raised educational level, civil state (divorced widowers, bachelors and), sort (women are more attacks for professional exhaustion and men for depersonalization), auto-esteem, auto-effectiveness and auto-confidence. The dimension of the work has as risk factors the characteristics of the same, between them the overload level (either in the amount or the quality of the activities that must be played); the low level of control and decision of the individual in its proper routine of work; the conflict enters the expectations of the person and the faced reality in the professional development; feeling of injustice and iniquity in the labor activities; works for turns or nocturnal; precarious organizacional support; type of occupation (bigger in relation to the cuidadores); responsibility on the life of other people; very next contact with the people who must take care of; ambiguidade of papers (rules and norms not very defined well).
